Kent Little is the Founder and Managing Partner of Globalstaff since 2001. Kent was integral in building the success of the firm by utilizing his extensive experience in sales and the commercial construction Industry. A graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Insurance, Kent rapidly grew Globalstaff to a multiple Recruiter firm specializing in a variety of Industries including Human Health/Pharmaceuticals, Animal Health, Construction and Heavy Equipment. Kent is proud of many accomplishments with Globalstaff including National Expansions for many companies like Quest Diagnostics/Ameripath, Idexx, Merck Animal Health, Powerhouse Retail Services, Hertz and many others. He still stays closely involved in each search from C-Level Executives to many other levels of openings. 

 

Kent has lived in the DFW area for many years and enjoys closely working with several Charities including Houston Petset and Freed People. He is an Avid Outdoorsman often working with Exotic Animals, Horses and Dogs.
